We tried to make OpenKM as intuitive as possible, but an advice is always welcome.

All Files are not shown in the repository

Hi :

I have created 4 users apart from okmAdmin. Not all files are appearing in the repository when logged in as different users. For example file-1 created by user1 is not appearing when logged in as user2, but appears if logged in as admin or user1.

What should be looked for ?

The visibility on files and folders depends on user grants. If your user has no grants to look the file or folder you don\'t see. Take a look on credentials.
