Automatic property groups required

Hi everybody!

I'm a pretty new user of OpenKM, in fact I'm still evaluating it.
One of the crucial functionalities for me is automatic creation of signature for each new file. It can be property group with single field but has to be automatic and mandatory. Signature has to created based on file's path in taxonomy.

I have two ideas how to do that:
- add some additional, mandatory property to folder to hold some signature, then signature of file would be created using folder's signature and autonumber, or
- build it from, let's say, first two letters of each folder name in file's path plus autonumber

Both are acceptable for me. Unfortunately I have limited experience with jboss and java programming and I have no idea if it can be done other way. I have read OpenKM wiki, but it is still unclear for me.

I would like to ask for some suggestions, links, documentation, etc. - everything which can help me.

Obviously you must have minimal programming skill, if you've not, you can not doing it yourself.

There're several ways for doing it, but any way for doing it need to make some minimal program. The logic you need is different than logic needed by other user that means there's no automatic feature that can covering all the users logic, in that scenario is mandatory specify on a minimal program the logic needed by each user.
