User Chat not working OKM 5.1.9

I've recently upgraded to OpenKM 5.1.9 and the user chat function worked for a little while, then stops working. If I reboot the server, it works for a little while, then stops again. The chat shows the red icon (offline) and when clicked, gives the error "GetLoginChat: user.info.chat.user.yet.logged".

I'm running OpenKM 5.1.9 on Ubuntu 10.10 (x64).

i got the same error for some reason on my windows... i happened to restart the OpenKM service cos i was trying some stuff and its fine after that...

Have you logout correctly ? otherside user has chat lock and you should remove from administration users panel.
