Migrating from 6.2.1 to 6.2.2

I have a question about migration. I have version( 6.2.1 (build: 7659))

I understand everything up to the point Run from your preferred SQL client these queries:
Is there possible write detail instruction how do it?

Do you use mysql or embeded database ( have you done any change on database configuration which comes by default with openkm ? )
