Imported IMAP e-mail not searchable

Hi all,

I have just started to use the community version of OpenKM 6.2.2 ( with OpenKM.war from 24.03.2012). The installation of the
system succeeded without any major problems. As OS I am using Ubuntu 12.04.2.

Everything I have tested so far does work as expected, except searching for mail content. OCR for PDFs does work and content is
searchable after import/upload, same for Office documents.

Does anybody know how to fix the mail-search issue ?

Please split the post in two question. Make other post for pdf problem do not merge with the same.

Have you check in advanced search view the mail check box ? I suppose yes.

Recently we solved some problem with mail search, try upgrade to our last build night at integration.openkm.com ( the steps for upgrade are here http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Migrat ... 2_to_6.2.3 ). After it you should reindex all lucene -> administration -> tools -> rebuild indexes -> lucene indexes
