about export

I use UBUNTU 12.04 X64 LTS,chinese language
when I used "export",export all files,
and I only can see "??????" in the folder.

what can I do to fix the problem

1- OpenKM a terminal in ubuntu and then execute the command locale ( put here the results )
2- You export to local ubuntu server folder or other mounted to ubuntu ( in second case how did you mount it, in terminal execute mount and put here results )
