V6.2 Preview Configuration Problem.

Hey guys Im new in Open KM

Im using Windows 7 64 bit
Open KM v6.2

I've got a problem in previewing Uploaded Documents.

This is my configuration by the way. I've already installed SWFTools and OpenOffice

And the last screenshot is what happens when I preview an uploaded document.

I installed swftools in c:\openkm
then set
system.swftools.pdf2swf=C:/openkm/SWFTools/pdf2swf.exe -T 9 -f -t -G -s storeallcharacters ${fileIn} -o ${fileOut}
also make sure C:\openkm\tomcat\repository\cache\swf and C:\openkm\tomcat\repository\cache\pdf are empties before testing a new preview

I think the problem is with your soffice service. Have you configured libreoffice correctly ? I think this is the problem.
