When openkm has been started with create automatilly should be changed by openkm to none. Then after restarting the warning should be disappeared, otherside there's something strange.

FYI... I would imagine that if the user who the openkm server is running as, does not have permissions to change the Openkm.cfg file... it would not be able to automatically change the file (set hibernate.hbm2ddl to none). You could correct the permissions or just change the setting to none manually.
