Hi there
i'm having difficulties using uni-code entries in pdf forms (arabic characters)
the same issue was solved in this post:

i dont have a lot of java experience & i dont wanna miss with compiling
i would like to ask if this can be implemented in any future update of openkm
it would really help alot

have you installed openoffice or libreoffice with arabic support in your OpenKM server ?

Sure you got arabic support for openoffice in your server no ? in case afirmative you should send us minimal template and test to make some tests.

find attached a sample form made for consulting property group
if i used arabic characters in the name field it will be saved in the database & can be viewed on the metadata page
but its not filling the form itself (it would show blank)

And if you fill in english characters then are stored correctly on your document ?
