chat error

hi,


i have a problem with chat. only one user (administrator) when i select connect to chat icon it gives me this error.

You need some translation to be completed. Anyway the user is only allowed to be connected one time, if you have logout uncorrectly really openkm considers you're still connected to chat and you should disconnect ( administrator ). We should this problem allowing user take control and disconnect himself. This is the nature of the problem ( if you go to administration -> users -> you'll see the user is connected ).

thanks you were right. when i restarted the jboss it worked fine. the next day it happened again.

is there any thing i can change to make sure of logging out correctly? i can not restart joss every time it happens .

With jboss version can not doing anything except login as administrator and disconnect. From version 6.x we will correct this defect, meanwhile in version 6.x could be executed some script to periodically clean the phantom chat sessions.
