Missing files during OKM Installation

hi,
I have downloaded OpenKM source code and configured eclipse, but when i compile
the project, error message shown as following:
[ERROR] Failed to execute goal on project openkm: Could not resolve dependencies
for project com.openkm:openkm:war:5.1.11-SNAPSHOT: The following artifacts could
not be resolved: com.ettrema:milton-api:jar:1.7.1, com.ettrema:milton-servlet:jar:1.7.1: Failure to find com.ettrema:milton-api:jar:1.7.1 in http://repository
.jboss.org/nexus/content/groups/public was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of jboss.org has elapsed or updates are forced.

Could anyone give me a hand?
And I'm a little confused for the description in chapter 'Development tips OpenKM 5.1'. I can't find the file OpenKM.war file.

My OS is windows7.

Seems is temporary missing from repositories or definitive, Could you try update go to Project -> Update all maven dependencies

If error persist we will need to search this artifact in other maven repositories

I have got the resolution in another thread. Just change the version number to 1.6.8 in pom.xml.

Milton Maven repository is not very stable since a few month. I don't know because some packages are deleted, they should keep older package versions as well.

But this thread subject is not accurate: you should name it "Missing files during OpenKM Compilation", not "Installation".
