Unable to change File Upload Limit...

Hi... I am unable to upload files of size 5 MB plus... I tried editing the OpenKM.cfg file... Please find the code below...

Kindly assist on what needs to be done.

Your OpenKM.cfg seems to be fine. Try to restart OpenKM.

Like says tidus2728 you must restart OpenKM jboss service because OpenKM.cfg is only charged on starting up system, and also you changed values on file, system ignores it since new starting up.

If the error persist, try to remove the space at the begining of the last two lines in the OpenKM.cfg file.

Three years I am into forums and stuffs.. First time I am getting such spontaneous response..

And I have another issue.. Should we re run run.bat everytime to restart...
Because I tried changin the images... Evrytime I run the run.bat file these get replaced... Is the any source location where i change the logo annd other gif files..

You have to explode the OpenKM.ear file and change the images in the WAR file.

i\'m having same problem..still unable to uploaded .pdf files (7.9MB). i\'m on win xp platform..i already increased the OpenKM.cfg even to # max.file.size=2500# max.search.results=25 :P and restart my openKM few times..pls help

You must remove from each row the comment character \'#\' because while you have it the row is ignored during loading.
