Problem subscription for deleted users

i have the problem that our customer deleted users which had subscriptions on folders.
if i go to the user i can see them.

is it possible to deleted this subscriptions.
in the backend i tryed to get the structure of the okm_user table but i dont get an result with the query agent.

how can i delete these subscriptions

Your customer deleted other users subscriptions or his subscription to some folder ? that was not totally clear for me.
Which OpenKM version are you using ?
