Trash functionality does not work

When I try to restoring a file or folder from trash the restore icon is disabled and I cannot restore the file. I have the same behaviour for the purge functionality.
Also the OpenKM online version is affected of the same problem.

These functionalities work fine with the version 5.1.8

My OpenKM version: 5.1.9
