Error:while adding 2-3 keywords for a document at a time

Hi,

we are using openKm 1.0 and I am not able to add 2-3 keyword for a document at a time.(In desktop screen ->click on properties for document ->keywords)

I got error:

Caused by: javax.jcr.InvalidItemStateException: b770cf50-2710-4a69-af2c-4bc3fe6b370e/{http://www.openkm.org/1.0}keywords: the item cannot be saved because it has been modified externally.
	at org.apache.jackrabbit.core.ItemImpl.getTransientStates(ItemImpl.java:333)
	at org.apache.jackrabbit.core.ItemImpl.save(ItemImpl.java:1080)
	at com.usc.edms.mcit.module.direct.EDMSDirectDocumentModule.setProperties(EDMSDirectDocumentModule.java:1223)

can anyone please help me out.
