Add permission for user to the folder.

Hello,
I give permission to the folder for user.
I would like to make this permission for all subfolder and files.
How to do this ?
I must click each subfolder or file and then add privilges ?

You must check "recursive" option and the assign or remove privileges, only the privileges you change on folder while recursive option be enabled will be propagated, that's the idea.
