Hi all,

I am a happy user of OpneKM and now I am trying to import emails to OpenKM.

I have configured the user with email id and test is success. On administration mode Force user mail import works flawlessly.

But user never gets the email automatically. schedule.mail.import is set for 1 for testing purposes but still no luck.

Do I need to restart once I set the schedule.mail.import setting in the configuration (not in the Openkm.cfg file)

[EDIT: restarting Openkm didn't help either]
[EDIT2: after restarting it worked but for some reason it appeared only on the Dashboard, now all good and I am happy again :lol: ]

put in administration tab schedule.mail.importer to 30 ( 30 minutes ) and wait if in log appearing some information about it. Which openkm version do you've got ?
