Property groups: add elements to the list

Hello,

is it possible to add new elements to list element in a property group?
For example, I have a property group Invoice with the list element Client and I want to choose values from it and to add a new client (without modifying .cnd file).

you must modify the xml file to add new possible values to a list, nothing else.
