i want avoid to place same document in more than one folder.
i mean,if there is a common document in more then one folder then that document should placed in one common area and the url or link should be kept in different folders who is having that document.

is it possible to achieve ?

You're talking about alias. It has on our roadmap some time, but we've still not yet implemented like records, that obviosly will be implemented. I hope on version 5.2, because 5.1 is yet closed
