You must compile the project.
The translation files are http://openkm.svn.sourceforge.net/viewv ... ient/lang/
If you give us the translated file will include on next OpenKM 5.X version on 5.1 ( newer version ) the translation it'll be more easy because all translations are on DBMS and can be imported and exported directly.
