OpenKm does not persist user information

We have recently installed and configured OpenKm with Postgresql. I can save docs into the database but all the information regarding users and profiles is lost when I bounce Jboss app server.

What should we do to persist user information into the Postgresql database ?

I completly forget about this procedure. I have changed the file and now everything is working fine.
