Lost SWF file

Hi,
sometimes it happens that when I try to preview a PDF file I'm getting the following error:

There was a problem with the preview generation...

When looking at the logs it seems as if a previously cached SWF file is being lost.

Any ideas how I could solve this problem?

Which OpenKM version are you using ? The problem is that document ( in theory converted to pdf ) has not been converted for some reason to swf and it has not been created under cache/swf folder

This error is due to a failure in the pdf2swf conversion. The SWF has not been generated and throws this error. May be we don't try to get that file if was a problem in the conversion method. I will revise the logic.
