Im still having problems using OpenKM

Please help me.

1) My login page always ha "hibernate.hbm2ddl = create" at the bottom of the page.
2) User that I created always got erased. Only the 'okmAdmin' user remain.
3) And do I need to run the "run.bat" with "- 0.0.0.0" always to start the openKM? because I cant acces the openKM without running that file.

Please help. Thanks.
