Word add in not working

Hello,

I installed openKM & the Word add in but I can't get the add in working. First, I set the username, password and the URL in the configuration dialog.
If I want to access the repository, e.g. to add a document, I get following error:
TreeForm - (startup)
No matching username found in Principals: No matching username found in Principals

The username, password and URL are right, I verified them twice.
What's wrong there?

There's a stupid bug in version for 4.x, setting up the username, password and url and then close word and start again. Changes on configuration are not loaded on fly only on starting up word.

Tell me if it solves the problem. In version 5.X I've solved it.
