web service under SOAP Tool Kit 3.0 Microsoft Visual Fox 9.0

I am trying to connect to OpenKM using Microsoft Visual Fox pro 9.0 using Soap Toolkit 3.0
i have used this tool for connecting to other Web Services and i am getting the response from them very well, on an XML file.
Aparently under this OpenKM WSDL service, The tool is not recognizing the response.
The uri than i am using is:
http://192.168.1.97:8080/OpenKM/OKMAuth?wsdl
This is a SUSE Linux Server version 11.3 in local network
The error received when API login is executed is:
Error: 1429 - Código de excepción OLE IDispatch 0 de Connector: Connector:Host not found. HRESULT=0x800A1521 - Client:An unanticipated error occurred during the processing of this request. HRESULT=0x800A1521 - Client:Sending the Soap message failed or no recognizable response was received HRESULT=0x800A1521 - Client:Unspecified client error. HRESULT=0x800A1521.

I used the php sample from this forum on this openKM web server and it works fine.
