Hello. Is it possible to create a button to the OpenKM interface?

I wanted to add a button like this:

So that a "ROLE_USER" user can access and does the same action as that "Force user mail import" button.

The force email import -> will import all the email accounts configured in the system -> it is not a good idea to share with the regular users. By default the cron named "mails import" ( or a similar name ) it is configured for doing it each 30 minutes -> maybe will be interest in decreasing the period to 15, 10 or each 5 minutes.
