Hello,

I am currently using OpenKM 6.3.0 Community Edition on the following system:
- Operating System: Linux Mint 21.3
- LibreOffice version: 7.3.7.2
- ImageMagick version: 6.9.11-60

I am encountering an issue where I can preview PDF files without any problems, but I am unable to preview Word and image files.

I have installed both LibreOffice and ImageMagick, and I can convert a .doc file to a .pdf file using LibreOffice from the terminal. However, the preview functionality for Word and image files does not seem to work within OpenKM.

Could anyone provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?

Checks and Steps Performed:
1. Confirmed LibreOffice and ImageMagick are correctly installed:
- `/usr/lib/libreoffice/program/soffice --version` outputs correctly
- `/usr/bin/convert --version` outputs correctly

2.

1- We suggest using a real database ( MySQL, PostgreSQL ) not an embedded one like HSQL
2- Some configuration parameters in the OpenKM.cfg are used to quick mapping in the database configuration parameters -> after the first start-up, these parameters are no longer used and any update must be done in the administration > configuration parameters ( check there ).

Finally -> if the preview of a doc file does not work, check the openkm.log for the complete full stack trace error -> that will help in the resolution.
