"Member not found" appears

Greetings,

I have installed this program on a Debian server for my client and have also added a high-speed scanner for their documents. However, when I conduct test scanning, the message "member not found" appears. However, it does submit the file to the database; however, I must exit all applications to verify that the file has been uploaded.


I appreciate it.
