The OpenKM team provide an OKMInstaller.jar tool what does everything -> but if you wish to enable for 5 minutes your server to the Internet and do it manually should inspirate in this section of the documentation and downloading the tomcat bundle and the OpenKM.war file https://docs.openkm.com/kcenter/view/ok ... nual).html

The tomcat bundle is available in Sourceforge https://sourceforge.net/projects/openkm/files/common/
