Does anyone know where I can find user documentation and/or a tutorial for OpenKM? I can\'t even tell the difference between Lock and Check Out.

When you checkout a document is for editing then you\'re the only user who can modify document.

Locking a document is blocking for anyone and nobody is editing at that moment.

Really on both operation the document is locked, the only diference is that on first, somebody is editing the file.

Apart from the few offerings here, there doesn\'t seem to be any real user documentation. Though most actions are pretty intuitive, it would helpful if there were more details about the user interafce.

I guess with the free community version, it\'s down to the users to write something, but I would expect with the paid for Enterprise edition, there should be full user documentation.

Yes, with enterprise edition we\'ve got a better documentation.

We\'ll like that community colaborate on documentation ( or some wiki ) because for us represents so much time, and after making enhancement there\'s one months more documenting.

Althought it, OpenKM UI I think is so intuitive, except -probably - minor concepts, feel free to ask us any question.

That\'s OK, by me.

Yes, the interface is pretty quick and easy to use, unlike a few others I have tried.
