workflow not start

hi guys,
I create workflow (but process image not display in workflow panel) and profile (right users) but can't start workflow on desktop, also when start the openKM, I get a popup message : (Scanner and Uploader) browser has not java support, extension has been disabled

Scanner and upload error is caused by browser missing java support, please add other post for this issue.

About what is not starting workflow and you're not seeing WF image etc... that indicates to me that you've not included the image and probably some classes while you're doing the package ( par file or deploying, see minute 2:40 http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Workfl ... :_Lesson_2 and also the same minute 2:40 here http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Workfl ... :_Lesson_5 for extra classes).

Apologies for the video quality, but these are 3 years old videos and we used low resolution for saving it ( nowdays a mistake ).
