page halts but show updating security roles

sometime after I click some functions ,the page halts with show updating security roles and can\'t go through with the funciton. but it\'s ok when I refresh the page.
Is it a bug?

I don\'t undertand exactly the problem. Could you try to explain more detailed. With which browser version, and what are you exactly doing, for example: ( When I click with mouse some document on explorer document view appears popup ... etc.... )

We need some detailed way to reproduce your problem.
