How to change the skin?
In community version 2.0 ,I can do this ,but can\'t in v3.0.
How to do that in v3.0?

It has not changed from version 2.0 it continues existing option skin on OpenKM menu at the same position to change the skin on OpenKM UI.

If you want to change the default skin, you must modify index.html on OpenKM.ear/OpenKM.war/es.git.openkm.frontend/index.html ( take a look for default css style file and change for other )

I had download the v2 and v3,v2 works well,but v3 dosen\'t work.
I use ie 7.0

I\'ve not tested on IE7. I don\'t reconmend any IE browser, we suggest use firefox for better javascript engine and less buggy than IE family. Althought it, of course you can use IE, OpenKM runs well with it ( but better with firefox ).

Continuing with your question, what don\'t works exactly, the change skin menu option ? Appears some javascript error or simply nothing happens.
