We tried to make OpenKM as intuitive as possible, but an advice is always welcome.

Save Search for all documents in a folder

Hello!

Guess I don't see the function, but how can I search for all files in a folder?

I need from a category all files, filter by Metadata.
But I can only start searching, when I put a name in the text field.

I need each quarter all invoices in a zip file.

Thank you!

Export all documents into zip from category view is not implemented. Export to zip from search is only implemented in professional version 6.4.

If you got some java skills, got the source code at sourceforge and without much effor can implement it. Any feature is always wellcome to all community users. http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Developer_Guide
