MySQL error

He seguido los pasos para pasar de la BBDD a MySQL.

el problema es que me carga OK pero vacío, sin datos.
Miro las tablas en el MySQL y es como si empezase desde 0. okm_user (Administrator), etc.... cuando myo ya tenía varios usuarios.
No hay ningún fichero en la taxonomía, ni ningñun directorio....

Al cargar el tomcat y exportar me aparecen los siguientes errores:

He encontrado varias páginas que hablan de este problema:
Parece que es un problema del MySQL, lo que no tengo ni idea es de como solucionarlo y de si a vosotros no os ha dado este problema....

No tiene importancia, esto es una limitacion de la mysql que limita el indice a 767 bytes, lo que indica es que va a trucar el texto. Pero vamos esto no afecta a la tabla ni al contenido del automation. Por cierto el contenido del automation esta vacio y lo tienes que inicializar manualmente en la version 6.3 ( en la professional el tema ya se carga automaticamente ) http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Enable ... al_version
