Error when previewing any document

Hello,
Im new to OKM, I installed it on Centos 5.10 i386, when I try to preview any file format I get an error like his "conversation: Error.......... to PDF .." and the file isn't previewed after I close the error popup message.

any advise?

to be honest, I didn't knew that I have to read this one, I need to go throught the whole installation guide. I will get back to you If i still have issues. Thank you.

Take with pacience, this part need to have got some thirdparty apps well configured with openkm -> at configuration top right you got a button to do a check.
