Modify Personal document of another user - witout beeing adm

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a way to allow some users to modify personal documents of other users, without setting their role as admins.

Indeed I want to create some "managager" role, allowing managers to manage personal documents of specific standard users.
As an admin, I can do that of course, but I don't want these managers to be able to see all documents of every users...

To be clear, I'm trying to figure out if I can find a role between USER and ADMIN.

Really personal folders should be only accesible for administrator ( for administration purpose ) and the owner. Here the solution will be something like share resource to other users. At the present this option is not implemented, but seems interesting.
