is not possible installing on this kind of internet hosting you need at least Virtualized server with root access to installa and manage packages or dedicated server ( also full control of OS ). In this provider should be one of these:
https://hosting.wedos.com/en/virtual-servers.html or https://hosting.wedos.com/en/dedicated-servers.html

Here for example you got other provider with good prizes for root server http://www.hetzner.de/hosting/produktmatrix/rootserver
