Open office as service

we have started openkm as windows 7 service but open office is not starting and documents are not previewing. But if we start manually without service open office will and document will preview.

i have seen through documentation but i dint find any help, please can you help me.

I suggest take a look about this installation steps on windows. I suggest install openoffice ( not libreoffice, I do not know the reason why in some windows is not going right ).

Specially do not forget this step :
Add sigar folder path - c:\openkm\lib\sigar\ - to your environment path:
