Hello

Can someone explain me how to remove the deleted users form security section of files and folders ?
I deleted some users but when I want to change the rights of a file or folder I can see them there.
I will be greatefull for any help.

For historical reason all information about users who created documents on history version etc... will not desappearing.

It might be done some minimal process to remove it. Other way for doing it is:
1- desactivate user
2- go to okm:root
3- select security
4- select propage to all subfolder checkbox
5- add the users with all grants ( it'll propagate to all folders and document )
6- remove the user ( will be removed from all folders and documents )
7- delete the user

AS you can see is tedious task, because we considering this kind of information is part of historical. You could delete some user accidentally and you'll continue having privileges if you create it. That's the idea why by default we don't remove it from repository. Do you consider must be some check box on delete user for doing it ?

Thank You for your explanation.
If you could add such check box in later version it would be very usefull.
