How to export User with File/Folder authorization

Hi, All,

Is there a way to export user with file/folder authorization? My business environment is that, new user increase quickly, and then, user change frequently, and then, the admin is busy on create and change the user from a >200 user list. If there's a way to export the user, it may reduce the work of admin.

Just want a information list include following:

user, roles, profile, file/foler, read/write/delete/security

And it will help my admin to create or change the user authorization in system. Is it possible?
