Disable multiple logins of same user

i've just setup OKM 5.0.
Can you show me how to disable multiple logins of same user please?

it's not possible.That was a feature demanded from version 4.x and older by users and and we've included multi login at 5.x That can not be disabled and is needed for example if you want to use OpenKM UI web and some adding ( office / openoffice ) at same time ( might be two users at same time connected to OpenKM).

Why you want it ? Wich is the problem ? We can find some simply solution to solve it kiling older user session using cron. But first explain me the problem, why you need ?

for example, i go to a public internet service (or access data from another computer (not mine)) and forget to log out. That means someone else can access the data via my account. when i login at the second time, i want to log out from any other logins before for safety.

of course, multiple logins have advantages

In this case I suggest the same. Create a minimal crontab tab for doing it. The login is too simply user logged in your intranet ( can identify by ip mask ) don't need logout, in case is accessing outside then if there's two logins on same user you can kill it.

Althought it, don't worry, if you've closed the browser the session is lost in that computer althought you start the browser again you need authenticate ... it's a zombie session on the session that will be killed after 30 minutes. You might not be worried for it.

Can i change timeout time for auto loging out inactive users?

Yes, must be modified for it web.xml with something like it ( by default timeout is setting at 30 minutes :

If you make it more lower, must decreate keep alive ( UI each 15 minutes if I'm right, makes a call to server to continue being loged althought user don't make any operation ), refer to proper configuration param in OpenKM.cfg at http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Applic ... schedulers
