simply create a user with AdminRole and delete the okmAdmin user (or disable better ) there's no mistery on it.

I suggest read almost wiki documentation at wiki.openkm.com ( administration and user guide sections )

Well, really I don't recommend to delete the okmAdmin user because some function may broken. Anyway, try and share your experience :)
