i want display documents based on roles.

if some users having role called super_role(userdefined role), who are those having that role can view the document.
other users should not able to see that document.........

Let's imagine a folder with this grants. Tell me which grants have you associated to this folder. And two user, which grants have.

please tell me .how to create groups and how to configure the document to visible only few users.

as yo told me i have read the documentation once ..
but if i use security for folder or document by updating security for reading ,writing and deleting.
i have given permission to some users to read only to the document but here the users whoever got the permission to read the document they are also deleting the document.

please help me to secure the document by using security tab in openKM.

Which OpenKM version are you using ? 4.x or 5.x
