please tell solution to my requirement

my requirements :
---------------------

1) i want to login to portal with new role except AdminRole and userRole.
2) i want to configure to visible the uploaded documents to one few users based one the Roles.
3)i want edit the document by downloading the existing document and upload again .which should not show error like this document already exits.

And you want doing it without reading documentation ... that's not possible. Please take some time reading documentation, with few time you'll understanding what you¡ve got in your hands. I think all it's well explained in documentation.
