i am not able to login with new role into the portal

We tried to make OpenKM as intuitive as possible, but an advice is always welcome.

i am not able to login with new role into the portal

as admin i logged into my site then i had created one new role(EX: subadmin_role). then i had created the new user and assigned that new role to new user .
if the user trying to log in to site then one exception is raising that is

HTTP Status 403 - Access to the requested resource has been denied.

so i am not able to login into site with new username and password which contains new role.

what can i do for this?


please help me.........thanks.
