Hi,

Right now my repository is located in a partition / drive. Is it possible to configure OpenKM to use more than 1 repository? For example, an additional repository in another drive?

This is because I am worried with my repository that it may soon be filled with files in the repository.

How will I do it? Can you please help me?

Thank you in advance.

You can configure only one repository, but you can move the repository to another partition if there is little free space.

Hi Pavila.. Did you mean to say we need to move the entire OpenKM folder to the fresh location??

Tidus2728... I too had the same issue... If you have any additional disk... you can make the current disk a dynamic one and create a spanned volume with the new one... This couldd be a good option.. As i did the same... and all fine now...

For Linux users there is also LVM.

Thanks!

I experimented on it and I can use it to expand my disk space.

HI pavila,

The Spanned Volume only can be created on the storage devices on same machine, but i want to store content on other storage dervices which are located on different servers.

Can I define the different store locations in one Repositories ? like :
Code: Select all
<repo name="default">
<store1 location="//server1/C:/openkm1"/>
<store2 location="//server2/D:/openkm2"/>
</repo>
Is what I want similar with feature 'Tenant' ? is the feature 'Tenant' only supported by Professional&Cloud version? is there any alternative other solution for me ?

Tenant is supported only in Professional Edition that can be installed in house or as a service in cloud. From community there're no alternative except install several OpenKM instances which means more hardware resources and take control of more installations.
