OpenKM has many interesting features, but requires some configuration process to show its full potential.

You can create a new profile under Administration tab and uncheck the "Preferences Visible" in Menu Tool option.

Just assign this new profile to the users.

Normally users must change the password ... why you want it ? It's general for your system or only particular for some ones ?

If it's interesting we can include as a new profile configuration param ( more specific ), explain us ...
