Share folder, auto filing, thumbnail, image browser, etc.

I have tested OpenKM 4.1 for couple weeks and want to suggest some additional features as below.

- insteads of image is previewed through the contextual menu that required so many mouse click. This is not really convenient if user needs to select picture(s) from a folder with a hundred of image files. Thumbnail view may help.
- when I want to share my personal folder with my colleagues, v.4.1 can be done only by copy WebDAV link and send. It would be easily if my colleagues can also see the shared files/folders in their Web UI. May be like 'okm:shared'. Only the target colleagues can see this 'okm:shared'.
- For upload notification email and function 'Send document link' in file menu. This should also allow to send to user groups (roles). We oftenly do that. This will improve our productivity, better than select and send to one by one.
- For 'Send document link', this should allow to send link of multiple documents in the same email.
- multiple check box is needed to send link of multiple docs, export some files in folder to ZIP, delete multiple files.
- Why doesn't OpenKM allow to 'Send folder link'? This is also essential if we want other to review documents in the whole directory.
- OpenKM 4.1 is runing unstable and obviously slow on IE7 but it is OK on FireFox (tested with FireFox 3.6.3).
- When users has 'read' privilege, they may always download the documents. This is not good in many cases. Can we make a permission so that they can 'Preview Online' only but unable to download?
- Upload multiple files to repository and put meta data to each of them is time consuming activities. Map drive using WEBDAV and apply Property Group will help but it is better if OpenKM will provide some auto filing option.

1- thumnails it's in our roadmap
2- share some folder is something what I'm actually thinking how to do in 5.0 ( probably we'll do in this version )
3- About groups selections it's done in 5.0 and we've added some filter option for great infrastructures with so much users ( can be configurable in 5.0 )
4- OpenKM 5.0 has better IE support ( obviously IE needs more hardware to run fast, 2GB ram is good idea if you want good IE performance, firefox goes fine with lower configurations )
5- In 5.0 we've added security permission, and it'll be an adding with what only some users could donwload documents ( not all , it'll be other logic to donwloading that solves the problem )
6- Multiple document selection it'll not be implemented to 5.0 ( i think, if any client demands it we'll try doing in 5.0 but if not probably it'll must be waiting to next release, it's in our roadmap but has a low priority level ).
