OpenKM community Version Preview not working

That's usually because soffice service has not successfully started during OpenKM startup process.
Can you share stack trace error while trying to preview a document ( complete stack will be shown in logs/catalina.log file ). Share here please.

I suggest you take a look at https://docs.openkm.com/kcenter/view/ok ... eters.html ( check if you have set in your environment ). If you change the system.openoffice.path parameter value you need to restart OpenKM to take effect ( take a look at startup log -> catalina.log file, at the end of the startup tries to run the soffice manager -> if is shown some error then preview will not working )

Hi,
After restarting the office service now the issue was resolved.

If problem happens again, check if you have a soffice process running, sometimes the service dies ( because several reasons, almost failed to converting huge file or some overload while trying to work with severals at the same time )
